Jay Peak’s new Tram Haus Lodge
Jay Peak, Vt., (June 15, 2009) Construction at the new Hotel at the base of Jay Peak’s main slopes is progressing at a break-neck pace. Gardner Kilcoyne Architects is coordinating the architectural and Interior design and construction detailing. GKA is working along side DEW Construction and numerous consultants and subcontractors. The team’s driving goal is to open in time for Christmas!
The new Lodge will house 57 hotel rooms and many public amenities including a restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a coffee shop, gym and spa facility, ski shop, and Jay Peak’s new ski and snowboard rental shop.
